Wade Tamblyn

PRESIDENT

Wade Tamblyn founded Greyspace Maintenance Inc. in 2017, building on a foundation of 15 years in Commercial Property Maintenance to create a company that provides industry leading reliability, professionalism, innovation, and quality of service.

Prior to creating Greyspace, Wade was the President at Valley Enterprises Ltd., a Commercial Snow Removal company, from 2013 to 2017 and the Business Manager from 2005 to 2013. In addition to Commercial Property Services, Wade spent years as a Commercial Banker with TD Bank articling and working as an Associate at Lorne w Kay and Associates, CMA.

A passionate, strategically minded customer- first executive, Wade has a proven track record in a highly competitive, innovative, and dynamic environment.

Wade holds a Diploma of Finance from BCIT, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Fraser Valley, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Fredericton. He lives in White Rock, BC with his wife and children.

Jessica Ngo

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Jessica Ngo has been keeping the gears turning at Greyspace since 2023. As Operations Manager, she uses her background in IT project management to keep our timelines, tech, and team logistics completely sorted. Basically, she’s the reason our projects stay on track and run smoothly from start to finish.

Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Vietnam National University and a Post Graduate Degree in Data Science from Douglas College. On the weekends, Jessica loves getting outdoors and hitting the hiking trails with her husband and their Husky. They live in Langley, BC.

Corey Kalve

VP of COMMERCIAL PAINTING

Corey Kalve joined Greyspace Maintenance during the merger with Vancouver Pearl Painting Inc. in 2020. Corey has almost 30 years’ experience in the commercial painting industry starting in 1993 with Pearl Painting Inc.

Corey uses his attention to detail and decades of experience to make sure Greyspace provides an industry-leading quality of service when it comes to interior and exterior commercial and industrial painting.

Corey lives in Abbotsford, BC with his daughter.

Jake Macpherson

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Jake Macpherson joined the Greyspace family following our merger with Millennium Landscaping. With more than 10 years under his belt as a landscape supervisor, Jake deeply understands the ins and outs of property care. He’s a people person through and through, which makes him the perfect fit for his role as Account Manager. Jake serves as the main point of contact for our clients—handling regular property walkthroughs, ensuring our quality of work always hits the highest standards, and acting as the direct link to our field crews to make sure our clients’ visions are brought to life.

Daniel Gonzalez Renteria

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Daniel is our Construction Supervisor and the guy who keeps our sites moving smoothly on the ground. He definitely prefers being out in the field over sitting behind a desk, working right alongside the crew to make sure every project is delivered on time, on spec, and on budget. From coordinating heavy equipment to overseeing large-scale power sweeping and pressure washing office building windows, Daniel ensures every job is completed safely and cleanly. When he’s not on-site keeping tabs on a project, he’s usually catching a basketball game or planning his next travel adventure.

Jose Luis Prieto

LANDSCAPE SUPERVISOR

Jose is our Landscape Supervisor, and he’s the reason our properties always look so sharp. He takes incredible pride in keeping lawns perfectly healthy, neat, and manicured, and he has a deep understanding of what different plants need to truly thrive. Beyond his green thumb, Jose is highly skilled in hardscaping, with years of experience building structural retaining walls and stone borders. Whether he’s laying down a new lawn layout or working on a structural build, Jose’s sharp eye for detail ensures every property looks immaculate.

Mark Tamblyn

VP of OKANAGAN OPERATIONS

Mark Tamblyn joined Greyspace Maintenance as VP of Snow Removal in 2017 after his retirement as the owner of Valley Enterprises Ltd., a successful commercial snow removal company started in 2005.

With over 15 years’ experience providing Commercial Snow Removal services for clients such as the 2010 Vancouver Olympics, BC Ferries, BC Place, GM Place, Impark, WestPark, Science World, Superstore, and a host of other large commercial and industrial properties, Mark has the skills and knowledge necessary to make sure Greyspace’s Snow Clearing and Salting services lead the industry in reliability and quality of service.

Mark has a Bachelor of Science from UBC and a Master of Education from Western Washington University and lives with his wife in Summerland, BC.
